As part of our on-going growth strategy, we are looking for a Lead File Handler to join our Industrial Disease team in Liverpool to help service their ever-growing roster of clients across Industrial Disease. Take ownership of your own caseload, including NIHL and other disease claims, while making a real impact on clients’ outcomes. Play a key role in shaping team strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Effective negotiator with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Highly self-motivated, able to prioritise, organise, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
