About The Role

Practice medicine in a way that prioritizes time, connection, and meaningful patient relationships. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Physician Services, you'll provide primary and consultative care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values flexibility, collaboration, and a supportive clinical environment that removes unnecessary administrative burden.

Preferred Qualifications
