We are growing—and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent who will power our future. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role goes beyond filling positions—you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed talent decisions and build strong, high-performing teams.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening our talent pipelines, and contributing to a scalable, high-performing recruiting function.

and hiring strategies Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer Source, screen, and present qualified candidates Ensure an efficient and organized hiring process using our ATS Partner with the Business Build strong relationships with hiring managers and operational leaders Provide insight on talent market conditions and candidate availability Support workforce planning efforts in partnership with HR Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process Build Talent Pipelines Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for key roles Leverage sourcing tools, referrals, and networking to identify talent Support proactive recruiting strategies for critical positions Drive Continuous Improvement Track recruiting activity and outcomes (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill) Identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
What We’Re Looking For
