We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst Sales (m/f/d) to join and drive the sales analytics strategy within the Sales Data Hub at a Leading european mobility company, DKV Mobility. As a Senior Data Analyst Sales, you'll own and scale the reporting landscape, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logic that enable commercial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and top management.

Requirements

, transforming them into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and other interfaces in a steering capacity to advance data architecture, interfaces, and data products Your Profile: Several years of solid experience in Sales Analytics, with demonstrable end-to-end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logics Deep expertise in Power BI, including complex data modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning, paired with strong SQL skills Strong understanding of modern data architectures and the ability to design and scale data models and KPI structures as a foundation for company-wide steering Proven ability to translate business

into structured analytical concepts and technical specifications, with clear prioritization and effective scope management Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to identify business drivers, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver concrete, business-relevant recommendations Confident communicator who can present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions Please note that this position is based in Ratingen .
