com What You Would Get To Do The Senior Producer is a key member of the team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple key events, including live, hybrid, and virtual formats. This role involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from creative concept and budgeting to reconciliation, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
The Senior Producer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and memorable experiences, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the process. There is a requirement for onsite events to travel domestically or abroad as required. Your Contributions Event Production Project Management Lead the planning and execution of multiple key events for various clients, ensuring exceptional service and project management.
Oversee events from initial creative concept through final reconciliation, including budget management, site selection, venue coordination, registration, transportation, food beverage, branding, staffing, technical oversight, logistics, health safety, scenic and set design, and presentation development. Provide strategic oversight and hands-on execution of complex events, ensuring seamless integration of creative, technical, and operational components. Manage onsite show rehearsals and direction with demonstrated technical production proficiency and ability to oversee content delivery.
Work closely with creative and design teams to develop event branding, print collateral, interactive/experiential technology, and décor. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and transparent communication throughout the planning process. Financial Vendor Management Responsible for the fiscal success of assigned programs and accounts, including budgeting and reconciliation of events.
Negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy, ensuring proper onboarding in line with agency processes. Identify cost efficiencies, savings, and value-added opportunities across event budgets. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships globally to enhance execution and service excellence.
Collaboration Communication Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met throughout the event planning process. Provide mentorship, guidance, and creative problem-solving support to team members. Field questions and advise junior team members to foster professional development and creative problem-solving.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure agency standards of operations are upheld. Industry Engagement Continuous Improvement Stay informed on best practices, new suppliers, services, and venues, sharing insights with the team. Proactively contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to improve event execution and client experience.
Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and support department-wide efforts to uphold service excellence. Represent the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork) in all professional interactions and industry engagements.
