This role sits at the intersection of operations strategy and hands-on execution — owning projects end-to-end, using data to find the root cause of complex issues, and building scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.
You will report to the Director of Operations, New Ventures and work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Clinical, Data, Workforce Planning, and Member Operations to improve the way Maven delivers care to its members.

, and supporting launches of new features or programs Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure that tracks operational health, identifies trends, and enables data-driven decision-making across the team We're looking for you to bring: 2–5 years of experience in operations, strategy ops, consulting, or a related analytical role Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company; healthcare or consumer product experience a plus but not required Strong analytical instincts: you're comfortable digging into large datasets, building models in Excel or Google Sheets, and have experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) A track record of running projects end-to-end — you set the timeline, manage stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive to completion Comfort operatin
