As a new team member, you will be empowered to positively contribute to our high-impact culture and be supported in bringing your whole self to work. Your role within the team Reporting into the Director of FP&A, this role will provide operational support to the business leaders and oversee financial analysis for the US Health & Happiness brands within the portfolio including Zesty Paws, Solid Gold Pet, Swisse & Biostime and additional brands as they launch in North America. Review the contracts and control minimum pricing levels.
Escalate when margins are below acceptable levels; follow up bidding process and ensure that pricing is satisfactory Be an active member of the local Finance Management team, ensure that all decisions follow the Ethics Policy and are the most cost effective Explain monthly variance to the local managers on revenue, margins and opex Support promptly Management on ad hoc requests Coordinate budget and monthly forecast to ensure accuracy of the numbers reported in the forecast with the figures approved by the Management team.
