Our Opportunity: Davies are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our growing Casualty team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Administration, have good time management and have the ability to prioritise their workload effectively. Due to the nature of this position, this role requires candidates to be a sole British National or dual national with one part being British, with no restrictions on working in the UK.

Requirements
of this position, candidates must hold British Citizenship to be eligible to apply. Monitor and manage online portals/ downloading documentation and attaching to correct files. Reviewing Excel enquiry spread sheets cross-checking against our internal data to confirm any potential matches and carrying out further investigations on these.
Review and updating monthly bordereau’s and ensuring data analysis is correct before issuing to the client. Answer telephone calls as required and deal with general enquiries. Photocopying/scanning.
Other tasks to support the business plan as and when necessary to ensure company business objectives are met. A good standard of written English Previous experience of working in an administration role Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in data input and attention to detail.
