to be considered for the Inc. S. html Position Overview Arixa’s Project Manager will play a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will lead complex, high-impact projects that span multiple departments, systems, and stakeholders. As this is both a strategic and execution-focused role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, maintaining project momentum, and delivering initiatives that support Arixa’s continued growth and innovation. You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to execute initiatives including system implementations, data migrations, process transformations, and new product launches.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Phoenix and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
