com are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other procurement opportunities. This role is critical to supporting our Institutional business by helping secure partnerships with school districts, colleges, universities, government agencies, and other educational organizations. Based on the original job description provided in the uploaded file, this role owns the end-to-end proposal process and serves as the central coordinator across multiple departments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal development, coordinating efforts across Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Establish proposal timelines, communicate deliverables, and ensure contributors remain aligned on priorities and deadlines. Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate efficient information gathering and knowledge sharing. Project Management Operations Manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail.
Maintain version control, document management, and proposal governance throughout the proposal lifecycle. Identify risks, content gaps, and bottlenecks proactively, implementing solutions to keep projects on track and ensure successful submission. Process Improvement Knowledge Management Support and continuously improve proposal development workflows, including kickoffs, reviews, approvals, and submission processes.
Maintain and expand centralized repositories of proposal content, supporting documentation, templates, and best practices. Coordinate proposal production, packaging, and final submission activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Who You Are
You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of proposal writing experience in a B2B environment. You have experience responding to public-sector, higher education, institutional, or government RFPs, RFIs, or procurement opportunities. You possess exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
