Position Summary: Kenjya-Trusant, LLC (KTG) is seeking a highly professional team-oriented Management Analyst I to support communications, coordination, and information-sharing with external partners in a high-visibility environment supporting the Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) Overseas Citizens Services (OCS). Essential Job Functions: ASP and Public Communications Perform data analysis, draft clear and accurate written products, track and respond to inquiries, and help ensure timely, consistent, and effective communication across internal and external audiences. gov inbox from receipt to completion, routing to the appropriate AO officer or BL country officer for a response (including an interim response if needed) and providing follow up as needed.
Alert DC and SAOO of any urgent, critical issues. Report weekly on the status of all inquiries in the weekly retrospective. Assess proposed responses from officers for consistency of information provided.
Compile data about ASP inquiries, sources, and trends as requested. Draft, clear, and provide ASP accreditation verification letters. Draft, clear, and provide public notices of changes in ASP accreditation status – new accreditations, renewals, suspensions, and cancellations.
Provide official notices to the Hague Permanent Bureau and foreign adoption authorities of changes in ASP accreditation status. Coordinate with the Web Content Director to send public and listserv adoption notices and announcements. gov public-facing form.
Coordinate ASP meetings upon request. Information Management Maintain complete ASP records in SharePoint. Maintain ASP tracker in OneNote, analyze information, and provide monthly updates.
Maintain issues tracker in OneNote of oversight issues arising from ASP inquiries, the public, complaints, and noted by AO staff; analyze issues; and provide monthly updates. Review the daily email of key cables to identify cables covering topics related to adoption fraud, fraud in visa processing, and corruption Send to team if there is anything relevant Store links in OneNote Review the daily press clips to identify issues related to adoption, disseminate links to staff, and store in OneNote. Obtain finalized versions of division taskers from ETS or staff and store in OneNote.
Maintain cleared language by topic database in OneNote. Maintain country sections in OneNote. Create, edit, format, and maintain documentation for presentations (including using PowerPoint) and for knowledge retention.
Country/Issue Background Research Research country or thematic issues upon request and provide written reports and/or oral presentations. Conduct research to support travel planning for DC, SAOOs, and AOs FOIA Serve as AO POC for FOIA requests Disseminate instructions for FOIA responses and answer staff questions. Track FOIA tasker completion and follow up with staff as needed.
Review staff FOIA completion sheets. Maintain records for completed FOIA taskers. Keep log of FOIA requests.
Special Projects Special projects as needed, such as data gathering to support accrediting entity or adoption service provider oversight.
Required Qualifications
S. Citizenship is required. High School Diploma is required.
Three years (3) of experience working in an office environment required. Required Security Clearance is Secret. , Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook) Demonstrate professionalism in every interaction, exceptional judgment, discretion, organization skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
