We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation and Project Manager to work directly with the Chief of Staff and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects within our financial services portfolio. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with German and European financial regulations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive transformation across the organization. Your Role Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to closure, encompassing digital transformation, regulatory compliance, or operational efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, department heads, and external vendors.

Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and KPIs.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the financial services sector (banking, asset management, insurance, or fintech). Ability to distill complex, technical, or regulatory information into clear, actionable insights for C-level executives and steering committees.

Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to deliver difficult news or status updates transparently and constructively. Ability to lead, motivate, and drive accountability in cross-functional teams without formal disciplinary authority; A collaborative leadership style that fosters a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement, and open feedback.
