The Role The Warranty Field Specialist is responsible for performing on-site inspections, assessments, and field coordination to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality resolution of warranty issues by driving to job sites. This role serves as one of Willmeng’s primary field representatives for the Warranty Department, providing direct client communication, technical evaluations, trade coordination, and verification of completed work.

Responsibilities
Conduct field inspections and site assessments to evaluate warranty requests and identify scope, root cause, and corrective actions.
Requirements
(when applicable). Validate repair scope and root cause, documenting findings. Coordinate and schedule trade partners for repairs, site visits, and inspections.
Perform site verification during and after repairs to confirm workmanship, quality, and compliance with standards. Provide clear, professional client communication, including scheduling, and resolution confirmation. Capture and maintain photo and/or video documentation of conditions, progress, and completed repairs.
Obtain client sign-off verification upon completion of warranty repairs and inform warranty coordinator of closeout documentation. Maintain accurate documentation within warranty tracking systems. Represent Willmeng professionally on all job sites, reinforcing safety, quality, and customer service standards.
Field Inspections, Assessments Root-Cause Evaluation - 35% On-site inspections. Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) (when applicable). Identifying scope, cause, and corrective actions.
Validating repair scope. Trade Partner Coordination Scheduling - 25% Coordinating trades. Scheduling repairs, site visits, and inspections.
Ensuring work is completed correctly. Client Communication On-Site Representation - 20% Scheduling with clients. Providing updates.
Confirming resolution. Representing Willmeng professionally on job sites. Documentation, Photos, Videos System Updates - 10% Capturing pre/post photo/video documentation.
Maintaining accurate records within warranty tracking system. Updating warranty tracking system case by case. Completing warranty issue closeout documentation.
Verification of Completed Work Closeout — 5% Final site verification. Quality checks. Obtaining client sign-off/verification.
Safety Compliance— 5% Commitment to Willmeng’s safety-first culture.
