This role will serve as the primary coordinator for customer security questionnaires and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), while also supporting broader compliance, audit and documentation initiatives across the organization. This position is ideal for an early-career professional or recent college graduate interested in compliance, legal operations, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity or SaaS business operations who enjoys organization, cross-functional collaboration and process management.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communicator who can coordinate effectively across multiple teams Process-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Comfortable learning new technical and compliance concepts in a fast-paced SaaS environment Self-starter who operates well with guidance but can independently drive work forward Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset Experience You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity or related discipline preferred 1–2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or equivalent campus/work-study experience in a technology, IT, compliance, operations or business support environment preferred Strong written communication, organizational and project coordination skills Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively Exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, compliance or cybersecurity concepts preferred Internship or professional experience supporting documentation, operations, customer requests or compliance activities is a plus Experience with RFPs, security questionnaires or audit support activities is preferred but not required #LI-Hybrid Applicants for this position must be a
