Summary: As the inventory Clerk, you will account for all physical movements and costs of product during production. Responsible for collecting, creating, and maintaining all transaction details from the purchase and sale or storage of products within our sourcing companies.
Interfacing with vendors, production supervisors and customers to gather and distribute data in efficient and timely manner Identify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our operations or markets Creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and databases Matching pick tickets to Bills of Lading and production backup Match invoices to purchase orders Record data in order to update and maintain accounting records Maintain and develop automated accounting systems, controls, and procedures Prepare and develop reports for direct management and/or regulatory authorities Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to: Utilizes PC and other standard office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. If lengthy time working in the server room is required, personnel will be provided with noise cancelling headphones.
