This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
Team members may live in the following locations: El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia How You'll Work with AI: You'll lead teams that use AI heavily day to day, which means part of your job is calibrating where AI is speeding delivery up and where it's quietly adding risk: over-trusted summaries, hallucinated specs, false confidence in ambiguous decisions. The delivery leads who thrive here have a working point of view on AI in client engagements: when to bring it forward to the client, when to keep it internal, and how to communicate the value it's creating without overpromising.
