What You'Ll Do

Design mechanical assemblies, fixtures, and test systems used in aerospace and defense applications Create and maintain 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using Creo (Pro/E) Support the development of environmental test systems including vibration, thermal, RF, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical applications Apply GD T principles and tolerance analysis to ensure designs are manufacturable and perform as intended Participate in design reviews, integration activities, and hardware validation efforts Collaborate with electrical, systems, manufacturing, and test engineers to develop complete solutions Troubleshoot hardware issues and recommend design improvements that enhance reliability and performance Support production and installation activities by evaluating system performance and implementing design updates Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that improve product quality and efficiency
