We’re hiring an Engineering Product Manager – Test Systems to lead the delivery of automated test equipment (ATE) and integrated test solutions for advanced aerospace and defense programs. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership—driving execution across electrical, software, and mechanical teams. You’ll own program scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring test systems are developed, integrated, and deployed successfully in production environments.
This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional leadership, fast-paced execution, and solving complex system-level challenges. S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance (active or obtainable).
Strong preference for Active Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and sub-IPMs in the technical execution of multiple test-system projects Lead end-to-end delivery of test systems and automated test equipment (ATE) programs Manage cross-functional engineering teams (electrical, software, mechanical, test) Drive program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and performance Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS), reporting, and program financials Support development of proposals, statements of work (SOW), and cost estimates (BOEs) Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across teams Present program status, performance metrics, and key updates to leadership Support test system deployment, production readiness, and ongoing sustainment
