What You'Ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve issues on complex electronic assemblies and subsystems Test and debug digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal hardware using industry-standard lab equipment Investigate hardware failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Support production and test operations by reducing recurring issues and improving product yield Review schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials to support failure analysis and troubleshooting efforts Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, test, and supplier teams to resolve technical challenges Create and maintain technical documentation, discrepancy reports, engineering changes, and redline updates Analyze production data and defect trends to identify opportunities for process improvement Support supplier technical investigations and corrective action activities Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality and manufacturing performance
