Title: Corporate Counsel, Data Licensing Department: Legal Privacy Reports To: Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) FLSA Status: Exempt Job Summary The Corporate Counsel (Data Licensing) will support the growth, implementation, and management of the organization's data licensing and product strategy.

-based role focuses on supporting data procurement and data usage within Prove’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

: Manage the legal aspects of acquiring, using and sharing data, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements and ensuring compliance with evolving privacy laws. Analyze and assess existing data-related licenses and supporting agreements. Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base to communicate key data-related contractual rights and obligations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Assist Prove’s vendor risk management team in reviewing data and privacy-related components of the due diligence program. Assist CPO with privacy and data governance-related internal and external audits.
