Customer Service Rep. On Time Experts – Garland, TX Pay: $18per hour Plus Commission Full-Time | In-Office Position On Time Experts is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team in Garland. What You’Ll Do

• Answer inbound and outbound calls and schedule service appointments • Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times and service updates • Support technicians with job details, routing, and scheduling changes • Maintain accurate notes and records in our dispatching system • Deliver legendary customer service on every interaction

What We’Re Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience • Home services industry experience preferred (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) • Service Titan experience preferred • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude • Ability to work in the office in Garland Schedule • Multiple schedules available • Full-time hours • May include alternating weekends
