ETCH, INC 4/15/2026 Electrical Engineer – Job Description Baltimore, MD Full-time ETCH is a startup commercializing a radically new and efficient decarbonization technology for the simultaneous greenhouse gas-free production of hydrogen and solid carbon from natural gas. The Electrical Engineer position at ETCH, INC will be focused on development, testing, verification, and improvement of electric systems and instrumentation. Primary duties are designing the electrical architecture of a scaled up heating system, ensuring the optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of heating systems, and driving continuous improvements and innovations in design.

Qualifications
