About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead and oversee welding activities across our fabrication and repair operations.

Requirements

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to welders and trades personnel Coordinate workflow to meet production and project deadlines Maintain safety standards and promote a strong safety culture Liaise with engineering, QA, and operations teams About You Trade qualification in Boilermaking / Fabrication Proven experience in a Welding Supervisor or Leading Hand role Strong understanding of Australian welding standards and QA

Supervise day-to-day welding activities across workshop and/or site Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 1554 and applicable procedures Review and implement Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and

Qualifications (PQRs)

Conduct quality inspections and coordinate NDT

Qualifications (E.G. Cert IV In Engineering Or Equivalent)
