Qualifications
for this Position Include: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience and 1 year of business-to-business sales experience Strong understanding of local labor market trends and industry demands Creative and innovative approach to developing community-focused solutions Must be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills at minimum, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems Ability to work in a variety of settings with a culturally diverse customer base with the ability to be culturally sensitive Ability to serve as a role model to customers and motivate them towards achieving goals Ability to meet and/or exceed set goals and objectives Excellent interpersonal, time management, customer service, organizational skills, and communication skills, both oral and written required Knowledgeable about the WIOA program and other workforce program
