About This Role

The Manager of Licensing Credentialing leads the operations that ensure Boulder providers are fully licensed, credentialed, and enrolled to deliver care without interruption. This role oversees provider licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment operations while leading a high-performing team and driving scalable, technology-forward processes. The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and provider experience.
