Process Engineer Position Summary The Process Engineering team is responsible for the development, optimization, and stabilization of complex manufacturing processes across all phases of product development and production. Engineers within this track contribute to yield, quality, and throughput improvements through hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and technical innovation. This role evolves from entry-level learning and support to senior technical leadership and strategic project ownership.
Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Monitor costs and update them as appropriate. , yield, cycle time, cost) Support the development and qualification of new products or tools Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Train technicians or operators to ensure safe and consistent process execution Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/vendor teams Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Experience/Education Bachelors in Engineering or related field strongly preferred 4-5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Familiar with common workplace software (Microsoft Office). Ability to use engineering computer programs. Good math skills.
Knowledge of research and testing methods. Independent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and new technology. Strong organization skills and detail-oriented mind set.
Ability to follow detailed directions. Understanding of engineering concepts. Physical strength and abilities to perform well in the field if necessary.
in a fast-paced start-up setting. Knowledge of and process experience with adhesives, CMM measurements and/or test equipment. Prior experience with roll-to-roll processing.
Prior experience running trials or experiments. Prior experience with lithography or related circuit patterning technology. Prior start-up experience.
