Compensation

: Up to $8/hour Shift Differential! Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!

What You’Ll Do

Assist with surgeries, procedures, appointments, and patient care. Provide client education and partner with clients throughout the care experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Support the development and implementation of surgical protocols. Perform surgical nursing duties, including anesthesia and sedation management. Process lab samples and perform patient treatments, diagnostics, and medication administration.

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records. Assist with inventory management, stock maintenance, and supply ordering. Ensure instrumentation is available, sterile, and properly maintained.

Demonstrate knowledge of sterilization techniques, autoclave operation, equipment, instrumentation, and supplies. Coordinate Surgery Service appointment schedules while anticipating changes and shifting priorities.
