Engineering Manager - Billing & Payments (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position In the Billing & Payments Tribe , we design the experiences that define how our customers pay—and how our partners get paid. As we scale, we’re creating a new engineering team and are looking for an Engineering Manager to shape it from the ground up. This role is ideal for an experienced people leader who thrives in complex domains , values strong feedback loops , and enjoys building autonomous, high-performing teams with real ownership and impact.
