This role is responsible for the overall health, adoption, and expansion of a fluid account base by employing consultative sales strategies to drive product conversion and revenue. You will act as a key internal partner, utilizing data-driven analysis to diagnose barriers to adoption, re-sell value, and serve as the voice of the supplier to influence product and operational improvements across the organization.
What You'Ll Do
Manage a fluid portfolio of ePayment supplier accounts, with responsibility for increasing product adoption and expanding revenue through consultative sales strategies. Develop and execute account-level strategies to drive conversion and adoption of our SaaS solutions. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and engage them through tailored outreach and business case development.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Payment teams to ensure friction points are understood and addressed. Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations, when appropriate, demonstrate ROI and influence executive buy-in. Re-engage disengaged or underperforming accounts by diagnosing barriers to success and re-selling value based on tailored solutions.
Conduct discovery sessions, when appropriate, to uncover root causes of low adoption and build corrective action plans. Identify opportunities for expansion, upsells, and service optimization as trust is rebuilt and value is realized. Share learnings and best practices with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to help refine our go-to-market approach.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape product and make operational improvements. Review payment mix reports to identify trends, gaps and opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account notes in CRM.
