Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Multidomain Operations Manager (Project Manager II) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex multidomain operations initiatives supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.

in Multidomain Operations focusing on Electronics Warfare and a secondary focus on Cyber Operations. Additional experiences in Intelligence Operations, Land Operations, Air Operations, Sea Operations, and Space Operations are desired. Preferred experience is Electronics Warfare.

Cyber and Intelligence experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

: Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of multidomain operations projects supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.

, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution and mission outcomes. Facilitate collaboration across operational domains, including land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Support the integration of operational, intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare capabilities into unified mission planning and execution efforts. Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
