We are looking for experienced DOD Operations Research Officer to support the Joint Staff, CNMF, and CMTs to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations. The Work: Develop, analyze, and update metrics to assess operational performance and effectiveness. Incorporate metrics into a strategic assessment process.

Maintain a repository of indicators such as Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) metric results. Continuously monitor and provide updates to a current situation within the construct of an operation and the progress of that operation. Evaluate an operation using indicators to determine progress relative to the mission objectives and end states.

Coordinate with other client Directorates to incorporate metrics and operation assessment and analysis outputs into the strategic assessment processes, as necessary. Conduct analysis in the context of operations and factors related to operations to provide information as requested. Derive approaches to the formation of successful operational assessments programs to advise and assist leadership components implement effective operational assessment programs.
