Responsibilities
for specific hemorrhagic products that Balt is currently commercializing and developing in the USA. Although this role is primarily focused on downstream execution and support activities, upstream roles may be assigned.
depending upon the life cycle of products being managed.
: Downstream marketing
include the preparation and execution of strategic and tactical elements of product launches. Ability to align clinical evidence to commercial objectives. Own clinical evidence positioning strategy for the product line with a focus on downstream messaging integration.
Ability to establish KOL relationships to help deliver Peer-Peer training, Podium presentations, publications, complaint management etc. Collaborate with manager on annual strategic planning process for specific franchise Collaborate with commercial leaders to develop and execute education plans for field sales force focusing on communicating clinical data as an advantage in competitive positioning. Ability to manage complex product rollouts which require training certifications for the safe and effective use of the device.
Create VOC, collect and analyze VOC, collaborate with sales organization and be the marketing representative at cross functional R&D project team meetings. Ability to model market opportunities integrating epidemiology, population, and adoption scenarios to support product strategy development. Collaborate in the creation and management of training materials on disease state and products.
Train sales team on current and future technologies. Create and manage demand forecasts for manufacturing. Develop strategy, manage logistical elements, and attend domestic and international trade shows (as needed).
Marketing administrative support activities, such as routing external facing material for approval through Balt’s internal system. Monitor the neurovascular specialty for competitive movement. Provide feedback to R&D on new product development and physician interface.
Support clinical cases. Travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years product management experience in medical device or related industry Able to travel for business as needed.
