👥About This Opportunity – Paralegal / Assistant(e) Juridique (France - Paris) Missions: Support the contract lifecycle process, including filing, tracking, and maintaining records and templates in the contract management system Maintain and update legal databases, tracking tools and document management system Ensure accurate updating and monitoring of legal trackers Maintain and update compliance and legal tools, including the e-training platform and legal e-repository Assist with compliance processes and submissions, including sanctions screening, anti-gift policy monitoring, and sunshine regulations, notably through the use of dedicated e-tools.
