ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Tax Provision Senior Manager to join our Tax Department to lead the tax provision process and ensure compliance with ASC 740.

You will implement processes and procedures to compute the quarterly and annual income tax provision. You will develop effective internal controls related to the provision for income taxes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build and develop processes for insourcing the accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) Manage tax provision software implementation Preparation of quarterly and annual worldwide accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) Analyze financial forecasts to compute quarterly effective tax rate Prepare forecasted tax balances to be provided to Financial Planning Prepare worldwide FIN 48 analysis Prepare tax related disclosures for financial statements Assist in due diligence of potential M&A targets and related tax accounting matters Prepare tax adjustments related to acquisitions and purchase accounting Monitor federal, state and foreign tax legislative changes and applicability to Anduril’s quarterly and annual tax provision Perform modeling related to tax reform/business changes and related impact on the effective tax rate Develop and monitor that appropriate internal controls are in place with respect to accounting for income taxes and compliance with such controls.
