We manage the end-to-end experience that puts Axon hardware and software in the hands of real customers, letting our products speak for themselves. The Trials & Evaluation Coordinator is a critical operational role responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Axon product trials and evaluations.

This individual serves as the central hub between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Logistics teams — ensuring that every trial is set up, staffed, and executed seamlessly so that prospective customers experience Axon's technology at its best. Beyond day-to-day trial operations, this role owns the nationwide logistics program for Axon Fleet demo vehicles, coordinates Axon's Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) trial program — bringing working knowledge of agency-side deployment and permitting considerations so pilots are set up for success — acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Cradlepoint renewal process, and drives continuous operational improvement through automation and documentation.

What You’Ll Do

Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
