About The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our Post Production team. This role is focused on shaping compelling, emotionally resonant long-form podcast and video content from raw footage through final delivery. You’ll work closely with producers and the post-production team to craft polished episodes that maintain pacing, strengthen storytelling, and elevate the viewer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong editorial instincts, understands conversational storytelling, and can balance technical execution with emotional impact. This role is heavily focused on long-form editing, narrative pacing, visual polish, motion graphics integration, and creating highly engaging short-form content optimized for social platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to transform long-form conversations into emotionally compelling, high-retention content across platforms while maintaining the integrity of the story and brand voice.

Day-to-Day This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced. On a typical day, you’ll move between long-form episode editing, social cutdowns, motion graphics work, creative reviews, and iterative feedback sessions with producers and the post-production team.
