Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof Excellent technical abilities Valley repair Ridge repair Chimney flashing Fascia repair Pipe flashings Siding On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position) Construction background EPDM, TPC, other Flat Roof Metal work Minor carpentry work Must have clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently Be able to work early mornings and late evenings 401(k) with match Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays (8) Referral program Employee discount This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.
