⭐️ The role We are currently hiring to fill our Junior Customer Support Accountant role. Joining as an Junior Customer Support Accountant will allow you to find your feet and establish your career in the fintech industry. Building on your existing accounting knowledge, you’ll receive structured individual training to become an integral part of the Support Team, helping delight FreeAgent customers.

Work pattern for this role This is a permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). This role will be based in our Edinburgh office, with an initial training period of at least 6 months. However, after this training period is completed there will be an opportunity to adopt hybrid working, with an agreed pattern of 2 days from the office and 3 days at home each week.

Working from home is second nature to us as we have been championing remote working for years. One last thing, FreeAgent is moving house! 🏡 Next year we’ll be moving to our swanky new pad to the west of Edinburgh, with superb employee facilities and close to multiple transport links.

We’ll share more details with you as you go through the hiring process. Annual starting salary of £27,500 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience, with room to progress to £31,500 within the band, and beyond over the duration of your time at FreeAgent.
