We are looking for a Communications Executive with a strong focus on employer brand and talent communications to support the delivery of our internal and external communications for our Global Capability Centre based in Pune. This role will play a key part in shaping how we present ourselves as an employer of choice in India through content creation and campaign delivery. You will create engaging, authentic content for employees and prospective candidates, while remaining aligned with our global employer brand messaging, tone of voice, and values.

Working closely with the global Corporate Communications team, this role is ideal for an excellent writer and a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. You will need to have a creative flair and a deep understanding of how to tailor messages for different audiences.
