We are looking for a talented and skilled Practice Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for every patient.

You will ensure excellent patient service an d mainly implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

You ’ re a k ind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who can proactively adjust to shifting priorities and values the chance to make an important impact. You also have the following: 3+ years of managing a dental practice. Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes.

Understanding of management of patient insurance AR. Ability to maintain employee relations. Excellent payroll management oversight.

Understanding of P L-Controlling expenses. Knowledgeable in standard OSHA HIPAA practices policies. If this sounds like you, you will fit right in with the team!

Base Pay Range

$60,000 $85,000 USD Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice.

Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients.
