RESPONSIBILITIES

: Sparksoft is seeking a Business Development Capture Director to lead growth efforts within CMS, HHS, FDA, NIH, and CDC. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities while managing the full capture lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive successful bids and expand Sparksoft’s presence within CMS and the broader HHS ecosystem.
