GLOBAL IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST The Global Immigration Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in all aspects of international employment compliance, immigration (domestic and international), and employee mobility across the company’s multiple international entities.

This role ensures all legal, tax, and employment regulations are met while supporting seamless movement of employee talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

, India, Brazil, Singapore, and Ireland and other international locations as needed. Advise HR leadership on emerging international immigration laws and risk areas on an ongoing basis. Partner with legal to create, implement, and update global HR, mobility policies and international handbooks.

Partner with global mobility vendor to manage mobility cases, including short-term assignments, long-term transfers, and remote work. ).

Serve as the main point of contact for government agencies and local authorities on employment-related compliance matters. Work with external counsel to update legal documentation, including employment agreements or other related documents. QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of experience as global HR, immigration, or mobility management. S.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
