This is a remote role that must be based in the NYC, Boston, Charlotte, or Atlanta metro areas. The Role Tines is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to develop, grow, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers in the Eastern US region. The ideal candidate will partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to build a high-growth business in this strategic region.

You will provide guidance and a roadmap to success regarding the implementation of Tines' solutions with new and existing customers while developing and executing impactful regional strategies. The successful candidate is a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are developing and executing account strategies, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and collaborating cross-functionally with every area of the organization.
