, and growth opportunities. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Land Development to lead Silverado’s national expansion strategy. You are responsible for driving ground‑up development and selective acquisitions of purpose‑built memory care communities.
You will partner closely with the Executive Chairman, CEO, and CFO to shape market strategy, secure entitlements, and deliver high‑quality communities from concept through licensing and opening. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership and is ideal for a development leader who believes the end product is more than a building - it’s a life‑changing community.
