What will I be doing? As a Analytics Engineer Lead, you'll set the gold standard for our data practices at Kaluza. You'll be the architect responsible for making our data scalable, reliable, and built on modern best practices — driving the strategy behind our data models and bridging the gap between high-level business goals and technical reality.

You'll define and enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, modularity) across the data organisation, develop advanced modelling solutions for complex scenarios, and research and implement modern data stack tooling. You'll own the long-term vision for data modelling, design and implement data governance frameworks, and act as lead responder for GDPR-related incidents.
