Let's start with the role As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring that engineering best practices are followed. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to drive the success of the team and the organization.

NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST API, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, OpenShift.

Requirements

NET or equivalent, Microservices and Sync and Async communication Leadership and project management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologies Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and system scalability Experience with version control systems and project management tools Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously explores new AI capabilities and champions their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.
