Business Manager - Private Debt

Position Overview: The Business Manager supports the CFO of StepStone Private Debt (SPD) in his day-to-day activities and acts as link between SPD Management and the Corporate Accounting Team of the group.

Essential Job Functions: The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented individual.

Requirements

: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting Minimum of eight years of professional experience in multi-national organization Must be sharp, articulate and highly motivated Must be a team player Highly proficient in using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs Other Desired Skills/Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment and company information Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projections and achieve target deadlines Ability to problem solve and leverage technology Acute attention to accuracy and detail Professional demeanor and an ability to work well in a team environment Willingness and ability to learn and implement new programs and processes Willingness to travel if required #LI-Hybrid At StepStone, we believe that our people are our most important asset and crucial to our success.
