What You’Ll Do

As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician , you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence 🌟 Why Join Shields? Compensation

Guaranteed 40 hours/week Rotating shifts between: Days : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Evenings : 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST Occasional Saturday shifts $7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST Hourly Pay Range : $21.37 – $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location) 🎁
