About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Software to lead and scale our engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineering leader who excels at balancing technical depth, product intuition, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product, Design, Operations, and other Engineering leaders to define and execute on our roadmap, while scaling the team and raising the bar on engineering excellence.

You’ll be instrumental in influencing the direction of the product and ensuring the architecture supports NexHealth’s growth and innovation goals.

What You'Ll Do

Strategic Leadership : Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of NexHealth’s platform. Team Development : Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent; mentor emerging leaders; and foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation. Execution Excellence : Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring clear alignment between product goals and technical execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Technical Oversight : Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains; champion best practices in code quality, testing, reliability, and security. Org Culture Building : Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes to promote high performance and strong engineering culture.

Compensation

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
