About the project As a Senior UX/UI Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, driving the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to execution. In this role, you will champion user-centric design methodologies, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences .

What You’Ll Do

Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape a wide range of digital experiences . Partner with the Studio team, product management, and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements . Champion mobile-first, user- centered design principles .

Design experiences for global audiences, considering localization and translation needs . Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences . Present design concepts and clearly articulate the design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership .

Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system . Collaborate with the Brand team and other product design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across digital experiences . Work closely with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development .

Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance user engagement . Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish . Analy s e current UX patterns and competitive design landscapes .

S tay up to date with UX best practices and design trends . What makes you a great fit 🎯 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field . 5+ Years of experience designing for large-scale and high-visibility websites .

Strong background in digital design and marketing, preferably with experience in marketing or communications . A hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise . Experience designing across multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop .

Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop) . Experience in presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership .
